You'll enjoy easy threading with this fine, flexible spring steel needle, approximately 2.5 inches long or 63 mm, with an open eye, as shown. These are size FINE, which fit most pearls, gemstones, and beads. The open loop collapses as the needle passes through the first bead. "Spring steel" means the metal has been hardened to better keep its shape.

These were perfect for my project. They do get quite bent up. I would not be able to reuse to string another pearl necklace. They were packaged well and shipped quickly.
