Set of 2 layering necklaces, made to order!
Gorgeous American turquoise nuggets with pyrite, wire wrapped into blackened sterling textured chain, 30 inches long (no clasp). (A similar piece can be made for you, as I have more of these nuggets; this set was donated to a charity auction.)
Haley's Comet mine in Nevada produced these nuggets (11) which have dark matrix and unusual pyrite inclusions, which were purchased directly from the mine owners.
Blackened Sterling 2 1/4 inch leaf pendant on 24 inch chain will layer with the nugget necklace or mix with other pieces.
Dark patina is hand applied (by me) to the chain, pendant and all findings; then hand polished and assembled, a 7-step process. If you prefer a lighter finish, I can remove some of the dark patina for more contrast; let's talk!
